ELLEN'S RECEIVING A PRIZE FOR HER HUMOR?

        Yes. Its true! She is receiving the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at the Kennedy Center Concert Hall.. But why?

        The award is given to those who have had an impact on American Society much like Samuel Clemens, otherwise known as Mark Twain.
"The Kennedy Center is happy to say that "Ellen Degeneres" have made unique contirbutions to the world of comedy,"Kennedy Center chairman David M. Rubenstein  said in an interview. Through her T.V programs, movies, and even commercials, her funny sense of humor has kept us laughing for years. And we are happy to give her this award.."
    After hearing this news, Ellen said  "It's such an honor to receive the Mark Twain Prize. To get the same award that has been given to people like Bill Cosby, Tina Fey and Will Ferrell, it really makes me wonder…why didn't I get this sooner?" the prize will be awarded at the Kennedy Center on 22nd October.
